  7. Corrosion Inhibitors (0.5–5%)
  8. Protects engine parts from rust and corrosion. Includes silicates, phosphates, nitrites, borates, and organic acids.
  9. Surfactants and Defoamers (0.01–5%)
  10. Improve flow and stop foaming or bubbling.
  11. pH Buffers (~0.2%)
  12. Keeps the coolant’s acidity balanced to protect metal parts.
  13. Dyes (<0.01–5%)
  14. Adds colour for identification and spotting leaks.
